Hummamole

I just happened to “Stumble Upon” this awesome hummus/guacamole dip. Great with veggie sticks, tortilla chips, pita bread etc.

  • Hummamole, "Yummamole"

    2 avocados, peeled and pitted

  • can of chickpeas, drained
  • handful fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Chill and serve. You get the best of both worlds, good omega 3, antioxidants and protein, plus it is YUM!
