Rina’s Awesome Spelt Porridge

Rina's Awesome Spelt Porridge

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks.  She  went for a walk in the forest.  Pretty soon, she came upon a house.  She knocked and, when no one answered, she walked right in.
At the table in the kitchen, there were three bowls of porridge. Goldilocks was hungry.  She tasted the porridge from the first bowl  “This porridge is too hot!” she exclaimed.  So, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl. “This porridge is too cold,” she said.  So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge.

“Ahhh, this porridge is just right,” she said happily and she ate it all up.

Rina’s awesome porridge recipe would make even Goldilocks come back again and again for another taste of Papa, Mama and Baby Bear’s porridge, as long as Rina was in the kitchen.

This is such a great quick breakfast meal.  A real stick to your ribs till lunch kind of food. This recipe can be served with fresh apple slices and almonds, raisins, and any kind of nut.  The maple syrup cooked into the mixture makes a fabulous taste, so unique and wholesome, you must try this recipe.

Good friends love to share recipes and “leave in” all the ingredients.  Thank you Kobe and Rina for sharing this amazing porridge with me.  I will enjoy this one often!  I hope my readers will too. L.L
